A delivered constellation and mission analysis

We have delivered a constellation and mission analysis for a European Earth-observation customer. The customer is researching the potential of its own constellation, and the study was commissioned to answer what such a fleet would have to look like.

The work sized a fleet against a revisit target, traded off-nadir pointing against ground resolution, assessed how coverage builds up while a fleet is only partly deployed, and produced a disposal and lifetime assessment. It was delivered as a written report and a findings briefing.

The customer, the project and the numbers stay with the customer. The source is commercial in confidence and we have no written consent to name anyone, so this post says what the work was and not what it found.
