COOKIE POLICY (EU)
This site does not use cookies
That is the whole policy. The detail below explains what the site does instead, and what we would have to change here before that stopped being true.
1. No cookies, and no consent banner
This website stores nothing on your device. It sets no cookies, writes nolocalStorage or sessionStorage entries, and uses no device fingerprinting. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, there is no consent to collect for storage, which is why you were not shown a cookie banner. Section 2 names the one measurement script and the request data its provider processes for us. The absence of a banner is the point, not an oversight.
2. One measurement script, and nothing else
The site loads exactly one third-party script: Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views. It sets no cookie, writes nothing to your device, uses no fingerprinting, and identifies no one, so there is no visitor identifier for it to store, so there is nothing that could follow you to another site. To produce those aggregate counts, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser's user agent, as our processor. Cloudflare states that it does not use this data to build profiles or to track individuals across sites.
Because nothing is stored on your device, there is still nothing for you to consent to, and still no banner. That is why section 1 stands unchanged.
Beyond that one script the site loads nothing: no advertising, no social or tracking scripts, no embedded players, no widgets and no comment systems. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, so no third party sees your IP address simply because a page loaded.
Links to our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook profiles are ordinary links. Those platforms receive no information about you unless you choose to click one, at which point their own policies apply.
3. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical request logs, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent. These exist to serve the site and to protect it from abuse, are retained for a short period, and are not used to build a profile of you.
4. When you contact us or apply
If you submit a form, we receive what you typed: for example your company, work email, mission type and timeline. We use it solely to reply to you and assess the application. The form posts to our own handler on this domain, which validates it and then sends it to us as email through Microsoft 365.Microsoft processes and stores that message on our behalf, as it does the rest of our mail, and a copy stays in our mailbox. The message body is not stored on this web server. The server keeps two small working files that contain none of what you wrote: a rate-limit counter keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address, and a cached access token for the mail service. We do not sell this data, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@spacescavengers.sk.
5. Links that leave this site
Book a call opens Microsoft Bookings in a new tab. That is a Microsoft service on a Microsoft domain, and from the moment it opens their policies apply, not ours. We receive the booking you make; we do not receive anything about your visit to their page. Nothing is loaded from Microsoft into this site.

6. What would change this page
Section 2 is the current, complete list of third-party code on this site. If we add anything to it, it is named here before it goes live, as Cloudflare Web Analytics was, on 6 September 2026.
If we ever introduce something that does set cookies or track you across sites, this page will say so plainly and a consent mechanism will appear before it runs.
